Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR)
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), in compliance with legal obligations to protect privacy, relating to the use of personal data and the rights that users of Antonella Bergamin's website may exercise.
The data collected are therefore email, first name, last name, and phone number. Such data are used solely to communicate with those who use the Contact form to access information and consequently respond to their requests, in addition to the further purposes described in this document.
Processing is carried out using IT tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
The Data are processed at the operational offices of Antonella Bergamin and at any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Processing is necessary:
- for the execution of a contract with the User and/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures
- to fulfill a legal obligation to which Antonella Bergamin is subject
- processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller
It is always possible to request the Data Controller to clarify the actual legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on law, provided for by a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract.
The Data are processed and stored for the time required for the purposes for which they were collected.
When processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may retain the Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
Personal data that does not need to be retained or for which retention is not required by current legislation, in relation to the purposes indicated, will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form.
